Spring Citrus Salad with Tangy Mustard and Honey Dressing


1/2 head fresh cut red leaf lettuce
7 big juicy strawberries cut into 1/8's 
1 tangerine
1 hot house tomato


Heaping handful of fresh mixed herbs. I used mint, tarragon, basil, cilantro, and parsley.


Dressing: 
1 tbsp 365 brand tangy mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp natural jelly (I used blackberry)
2 tsp poppy seeds
salt and pepper to taste
